The Pilates Reformer Machine is designed for Pilates, fitness and rehabilitation exercises, combining a stable construction with versatile adjustment and training options. The frame is made from an aluminium alloy that provides high stability while keeping the overall weight relatively low. It is also corrosion-resistant and low-maintenance, making the machine suitable for regular use.
At the centre of the Pilates Reformer is a movable, padded carriage. It runs along an integrated rail system for smooth, linear forward and backward movement. The low-friction, quiet movement supports controlled exercise sequences.
Training resistance can be individually adjusted using five Yaozhilin springs. The set includes one yellow, two blue and two red springs in three different resistance levels. Colour coding makes it easy to identify and combine the springs according to the exercise and desired training intensity.
A three-position adjustable footbar provides a support and pushing surface for a variety of exercises. It is complemented by a padded, non-slip foot platform. Removable shoulder rests help position the body on the carriage and can be removed when required.
For pulling exercises, the Pilates Reformer comes with rubberised handles and double-loop straps for arm and leg exercises. A black foot strap provides additional options for different training positions. The patent-pending riser design guides and positions the resistance cords.
The Pilates Reformer Machine includes a 56 x 56 cm jumpboard and a 64 x 40 x 23 cm sitting box for additional exercise variations.
Measuring 235 cm in length, 62 cm in width and 37 cm in height, the machine provides a spacious training area with a relatively low overall height. Black PVC upholstery and the minimalist aluminium design complete the construction.
